Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

At Seeds of ILM, we create with intention and care — and we want you to feel good about every order you place with us. Our goal is never to leave someone stuck with something they don’t love. If something feels off, we’re here to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right — no stress.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@seedsofilm.com, and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for refunds except in cases where the item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

We are unable to provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

If you’re unsure about sizing before ordering, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help.


Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery if you need a different size or item.

To request an exchange:

  1. Email info@seedsofilm.com within 30 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number and the item you’d like to exchange

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

 

Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs

Order Modifications & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 3 hours of placing it at info@seedsofilm.com.

After this window, changes may not be possible — but we’ll always do our best to support where we can.

Exceptions for EU Customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition. However, this does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, which are exempt from this regulation. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to Canada.

Digital Products

All digital products sold through Seeds of ILM — including ebooks and any downloadable content from our Digital Library — are delivered instantly upon purchase and are non-refundable.


Because digital products are accessed immediately after purchase, we are unable to offer refunds for:
    •    Change of mind after purchase
    •    Accidental purchases (please review your cart carefully before checking out)
    •    Failure to read the product description before purchasing
    •    Incompatibility with your device (please ensure your device supports PDF files before purchasing)

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at mailto:info@seedsofilm.com with:
    •    Your order number
    •    A description of the issue you're experiencing

We'll do our best to resolve the issue and ensure you're able to access what you paid for. In cases where a technical error on our end prevents delivery entirely, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
